What We Do and How We Do It...
We use a state of the art CAD/CAM software package that allows us to design, model and machine high quality products and artwork from your drawings, photos, DXF or CAD files. We have the flexibility to make one-time custom projects as well as the capacity to make multiple item production runs. We also make templates for craftsmen, such as sink templates for countertops using the sink manufacturer's specifications for a perfect fit.
We use a 3-axis CNC machine that follows CAD drawings or 3D CAD models to carve your project accurately within thousandths of an inch. Our machine has a work area of 59 inches by 50 inches. Our software enables us to machine in two stages, for larger items( up to 4' x 10'). We also make runs of repetitive parts in varying sizes in a manner more accurate and cost effective than those cut piecemeal by one person. Whether you need 1 or 1000, small scale of large, simple 2D or complex relief...we can meet your needs.
